Shipping Policies

 LEEADA Jewelry ships from Los Angeles, CA. All US domestic orders will be processed and shipped via UPS or USPS Ground within 3 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. All packages are picked up by UPS & USPS daily (Mon-Fri) by 4pm PST.

Domestic USA SHIPPING

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days upon purchase date. Orders placed are processed Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays). Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS ground. Tracking information is sent one (1) business day after processing.

Shipping times may be delayed during high volume periods such as online sales, restocks or during the major holidays. Customers will be notified if shipments are to be delayed longer than five (5) business days.

All domestic US orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS Ground.

If for some reason there is a delay with shipping or delivery beyond our control, LEEADA will not be held responsible.

LOST PACKAGES

LEEADA is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages in any event.

If you have tracked your package via UPS or USPS and states that it has been delivered but you are not in possession of your package please contact the carrier in which your package was shipped (UPS or USPS) immediately for record of non-delivered package(s). Our customer service team will also assist in helping track down the package. However, LEEADA is not responsible for lost packages showing confirmed delivery to the address of the purchase order.
